Bad service, zero empathy. There was an error on the details of the invoice and the package was stock. I wanted to receive the belts I bought. They offered refund, it is the less they can do. After this happend, I wanted to buy again the same belt, I can't do it because it was no longer available and I can't get the same price. They just made me loose my time. They should have offered send me again the package I bought at the same price.

Absolutely superb customer service from Nicholas at Charles Tyrwhitt customer services. Can’t recommend them higly enough. Sadly, Evri the contracted delivery company is poor to appalling.

Have used for a few years now since working. Online delivery and returns is always easy, in store the staff are excellent.

This is the easiest best managed, most efficient return (for a larger size shirt) procedure I've experienced from a mail-order transaction. Thanks for your courtesy in handling this matter.

Reading other reviews, CT might want to reconsider their shipping partner - but the shirts and in-store service are both great, I'll continue to be an (in person) customer.

I have been ordering from Charles Tyrwhitt well before they became the global corporation that they are today (15 years or so). I have to say that they have really kept their finger on the pulse with their customer services. Today I collected 4 shirts from their Bletchley distribution centre and the guys there were so friendly and knowledgeable, it's a shame I didn't get their names. Unfortunately, I was taking a punt on a medium as I have lost weight but due to a broad back, I need to move to a large extra slim fit. Spoke to a lovely lady at their customer services desk and she was so helpful. This reinforces why I have only bought shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt for the last 15 years. Keep up the good work.

I waited circa 3 mins for the chat - good sign that the company is busy.
Needed to know the leg length of the men's shorts (might be a good idea to pop that info into the description in future).
My query was resolved in three 'talk-sprints'. I was happy.
